Hi there, My name is Daniel Hatley.

I’m a very proud West Plains, Missouri, local born and raised! I have lived in the area my whole life and have been in the surveying field for over 15 years through various employments.

I became licensed in Missouri to practice Boundary Surveying in 2025 and decided to start my own surveying firm: PLASMA, LLC (Professional Land & Acreage Services of MO & AR).

I work with a variety of clients, including commercial and residential property owners, contractors, realtors, developers, and titling offices! I enjoy being someone that others enjoy coming into contact with. My goal is to make your life easier while obtaining the necessary surveying materials for your project so you can get moving on your goal!

I offer boundary surveying and elevation certificates in Missouri, construction layout and staking, topographic survey, and reality capture services in Missouri and Arkansas.

Pricing out each project depends on the size and scope of the work, location or property, and availability of record evidence. I am happy to put together a quote for you!

How long do surveys take to complete?

The turnaround time of survey results depends heavily on many of the same factors that influence pricing. You can typically expect 1-2 weeks for final results, but when we discuss your quote, we can also discuss a realistic timeline so you know roughly how long you’ll be waiting.

What information is needed to get a quote?

At a bare minimum, a deed of the subject property is needed. This will provide information and a location that is crucial to getting started.
